4 ways to stay active with chronic pain

Staying active with chronic pain

With no thyroid, I was in pain and had fatigue and depression. I was caught in a vicious cycle of inactivity for months. However, I slowly incorporated low-impact activities into my day and built on the incremental positive changes I was seeing and feeling. I wanted to share four low-impact activities with you that really helped me. Whenever you’re ready, I hope these help you to get moving.
